Chef David "Tyger" Hale brings 24 years of executive chef experience and a lifetime of family recipes to Salted Pearl, serving fresh-shucked Louisiana oysters sourced from a fourth-generation oyster farm just 30 minutes down the road in St. Bernard Parish. Raw, charbroiled, or Rockefeller, plus Gulf seafood entrees, beer on tap, and wine. Happy Hour oysters every weekday, 3–5pm.
