Privacy Policy

Market Staples LLC runs St. Roch Market and this website, strochmarket.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
The short version
- We do not sell your information.
- We collect what you type into our forms and nothing more.
- We use Google Analytics to see how the site gets used. You can block it and the site works fine.
- Ordering food happens on each vendor's own ordering page, not on our site.
- Email us anytime and we will show you, correct, or delete what we have about you.
What you give us
Contact form. Your name, email, and message are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service. We use them to answer you and for nothing else.
Vendor applications. What you enter on the Become a Vendor page (name, email, phone, and your concept details) reaches us the same way. We keep applications on file so we can reach out when a stall opens up.
Newsletter. Your email address goes into Square, the system that runs our market and sends our emails. We use it for vendor announcements, events, and specials. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works right away.
Private events. The private events inquiry form runs on Airtable, under Airtable's privacy policy.
Jobs. Job applications run on Workstream, under Workstream's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages get read, what kind of device visitors use, and roughly what city they visit from. It sets cookies that start with _ga. It never shows us your name or your exact location.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, which can see your network address like it does for any website using its services.
Ordering from vendors
When you order food online, you order straight from the vendor through Sauce, their ordering service, under Sauce's privacy policy. Gift cards and merch run on Square's sites under Square's privacy policy. We never see your card number.
Who we share with
A few companies help us run things, and your information passes through them: FormSubmit for our forms, Square for the newsletter and gift cards, Airtable for private events, Workstream for jobs, Google for analytics, fonts, and maps, and Cloudflare for website hosting. Each handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
- Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Our site does not change what it collects when it sees them, because we only collect what this page describes. Use the cookie controls above to block analytics cookies.
Kids
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
