Chef Charles brings Southern comfort and a New Orleans accent to the breakfast and lunch counter at St. Roch Market. Creamy grits, biscuits split open under Andouille gravy, and NOLA shrimp and crawfish over eggs in the morning, then blackened Louisiana catfish over jambalaya, seafood nachos, and shrimp and ribeye burgers once the lunch board opens at 11.
